Currently have been working out as if I don't have a broken leg. Been deadlifting at 150kg, squatting pass 100kgs, pressing over 50kgs.
Also, today is exactly 2 weeks away from my first incident in the football field. These kind of things make me wonder, what would happen if I chose my activities differently on that faithful Friday?
I denied happy hour beer with some of my mates and opted to play football on a Friday evening. Which resulted to a broken leg and 4 months on crutches. But this whole period being disabled, I learnt a lot about myself, the people around me and life in general. This period opened me up to a lot of different view and opinion, which was amazing. So I guess I still found the silver lining during my depressed period.

Back on track, now I am viewing my option to remove the interlocking nail in my tibia. I am currently monitoring my movement, mobility and strength on my operated leg to decide the time I should go back to casual football, and subsequently arrange for the surgery to remove the nail.
Almost a year. Time flew.
